who I am

I'm Zach Naim, a product manager based in Tel-Aviv, Israel. I run this site to present my work and to be reachable. If you have any question about this policy, write to zach.naim@gmail.com.

what I collect

• Contact details you give me directly. If you email me or message me through a linked platform (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram), I see the information you choose to share: your name, your message, and anything else you include.
• Standard server logs. Like most websites, my hosting provider records basic technical information about each visit: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. These keep the Site running and help detect abuse.
• Cookies and analytics. The Site uses a small number of cookies, mainly to remember your language preference and, where applicable, to measure traffic. If I run paid campaigns on Instagram or Meta, those platforms may set advertising and measurement cookies through their pixel so I can see, in aggregate, whether an ad worked.

I do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

why I collect it

• To respond to inquiries and provide the services you're asking about.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• To measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns I run.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

who I share it with

• Service providers that help me run the Site or the business: hosting, email, analytics, and ad platforms (including Meta / Instagram, where applicable). They receive only what they need to do their job and are bound to confidentiality.
• Authorities, if I'm legally required to disclose information.

I do not sell personal information.

cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device. You can disable them in your browser settings; the Site will still work, but your language preference may not persist between visits. data retention

Inquiry-related information is kept only as long as it's needed to address what you asked about, or as required by law. Server logs are rotated regularly by the hosting provider.

your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain uses, and to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction. international transfers

The Site is operated from Israel; service providers (hosting, ad platforms) may store data in other countries. Where required, I rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
